Responsibilities
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirty and heavy debris
Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
Respond to requests from guests for minor repairs.
Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and eletrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
Work with minimal supervision
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Swimming pool maintenance and cleaning
Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
