As a Health Care Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents’ well-being and ensuring they lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, providing personalized care, and fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere where residents feel safe and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
· Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
· Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ needs are met effectively.
· Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting a sense of belonging and community.
· Uphold our commitment to creating a safe, warm, and inviting home-like environment for all residents.
· Embrace our community’s values of active and engaged living, encouraging residents to participate in social activities and pursue their passions.
Requirements:
· Completion of secondary school education is required.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
· Prior experience in a caregiving or healthcare role is preferred.
· Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors.
Wage: $25-$27/hour, 30-40 hours/week

Other Benefits: $1000 monthly reimbursement of living expenses
