Nail and Spa Service Manager

As a Nail and Spa Service Manager, your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to:
· Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
· Plan and control budget and inventory
· Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
· Hire, train and supervise staff
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
College/CEGEP
2+ years of related experience
Must have excellent customer service skills
Must have strong client relationship management and time management skills
Must be able to work varying shifts, including weekends
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be very well organized with strong attention to detail
Hourly wage will be $37 on a 35-hour/week basis
Overtime hourly wage will be $55.20
