Reponsibilities

Implement the new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Resolve conflict situations
Plan for translation and interpretation services
Translate a variety of written material

$28.39 to 30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 37 to 40 hours per Week
