Job Duties: 

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with finding products or services they need.
  • Provide information on product use, care, and special offers.
  • Offer recommendations on snacks, beverages, household essentials, and other convenience store items.
  • Inform customers about prices, promotions, discounts, and payment options.
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments.
  • Restock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure a clean, organized store.
  • Keep track of inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with reordering supplies.
  • May assist with online or mobile orders for pickup or delivery.
